  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup jack cheese, shredded
  • 4 pieces green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 4 strips bacon cooked and chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded jack cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff each with the cheese mixture and some chopped bacon.
Baking
  1. Arrange the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked and juices run clear.
  2. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, do not overcook the chicken. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
