Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded jack cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff each with the cheese mixture and some chopped bacon.
Baking
- Arrange the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked and juices run clear.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
