  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar Adjust based on the sweetness of the peaches.
For the cobbler topping
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whole Milk

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice and peel your fresh peaches, or drain the canned ones. If using fresh, sprinkle a bit of sugar on them and let them sit for about 10 minutes to draw out natural juices.
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Whisk them together for an even mix.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. Gradually add milk and melted butter to the dry mixture, stirring until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the prepared peaches. If you’re feeling adventurous, add a sprinkle of cinnamon at this point!
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  2. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.
  3. Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm. Enjoy it as is or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
