Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Coating the Chicken
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then roll them in the breadcrumb mixture until well-coated.
Baking
- Arrange the coated chicken bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each piece.
- Lightly spray the chicken bites with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
Serving
- Serve the chicken bites hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. To reheat, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes.
