  • 1 cup breadcrumbs For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can substitute with other cheeses as desired.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 large egg, beaten

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Coating the Chicken
  1. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, beat the egg.
  3. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then roll them in the breadcrumb mixture until well-coated.
Baking
  1. Arrange the coated chicken bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each piece.
  2. Lightly spray the chicken bites with cooking spray.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.

  1. Serve the chicken bites hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. To reheat, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes.
