Easy Oreo Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz 1 package of white chocolate chips
  • 14 oz 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 oz approximately 10 Oreos, crushed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Additional crushed Oreos for topping optional

Method
 

  1. Prep Your Pan: Begin by lining an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Leave some overhang to make removal easier later.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  3. Add the Flavor: Remove the saucepan from the heat once melted, and stir in the vanilla extract and crushed Oreos until well combined.
  4. Spread It Out: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly into the corners. Sprinkle additional crushed Oreos on top for a nice finishing touch (if desired).
  5. Chill Out: Now, it’s time to chill! Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until the fudge is firm.
  6. Slice and Serve: When ready, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares, serve, and enjoy!
