Preparation
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a sealed bag until they resemble fine crumbs.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Stir until smooth, then add the vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.
- Gradually fold the crushed Oreo cookies into the cream cheese mixture, ensuring some chunks remain for texture.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
Coating and Serving
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.
- Once chilled, scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, fully coating them, and place on wax paper to set.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For variations, substitute cream cheese with mascarpone cheese. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
