Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until combined and crumbly, then press into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add the egg and vanilla extract, blending until a smooth dough forms.
Assembly
- Spread the cookie dough evenly over the graham cracker crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips and mini marshmallows generously on top.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the marshmallows are puffed.
- Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
- Enjoy warm for gooey goodness!
Notes
