  • - 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey

  • - 3 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger minced
  • - 3 cups broccoli florets
  • - 2 green onions sliced (for garnish)
  • - 1 teaspoon sesame seeds optional
  • #### **For the Korean Sauce**
  • - 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • - 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water for thickening

Instructions
 

  • #### **Step 1: Cook the Ground Beef**
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over **medium-high heat**.
  • Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about **5 minutes**.
  • Drain excess fat if needed.
  • #### **Step 2: Add Aromatics & Sauce**
  • Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for **1 minute** until fragrant.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
  • Pour sauce into the skillet and stir well.

  • Add broccoli florets and stir to coat in the sauce.
