Dressing

Preparation
  1. Rinse the fresh spinach leaves under cold water. Pat them dry using a paper towel or salad spinner. Set aside.
  2. Slice fresh strawberries into thin rounds.
Assemble Salad
  1. In a large salad bowl, add the prepared spinach and sliced strawberries.
  2. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and chopped walnuts or pecans over the salad mixture.
Dress and Serve
  1. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette or your dressing of choice over the salad.
