- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish. Pour the marinade over the top, ensuring each piece is well coated. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes if time allows; it enhances the flavors!
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Once done, remove from the oven, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and fresh parsley. Serve alongside lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor!
