- Wash all fruits thoroughly. Slice the strawberries, halve the grapes, and dice the pineapple and apple. If using canned pineapple, drain it well.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all your prepped fruits gently.
Mixing
- Fold the thawed Cool Whip into the fruit mixture gently, preserving its light texture.
- Add honey and lemon juice to taste and adjust as necessary.
Chill and Serve
- Let the fruit salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can substitute seasonal fruits like peaches, mangoes, or kiwis. The salad can be made a day in advance, but add Cool Whip right before serving to maintain texture. To keep apples fresh, add lemon juice early.
