Ingredients

Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup grapes (halved)
  • 1 cup diced pineapple (fresh or canned)
  • 1 medium apple (diced, any variety)
Mixing Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional for extra sweetness) Can be adjusted to taste.
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice To keep fruits fresh.

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Slice the strawberries, halve the grapes, and dice the pineapple and apple. If using canned pineapple, drain it well.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all your prepped fruits gently.
Mixing
  1. Fold the thawed Cool Whip into the fruit mixture gently, preserving its light texture.
  2. Add honey and lemon juice to taste and adjust as necessary.
Chill and Serve
  1. Let the fruit salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute seasonal fruits like peaches, mangoes, or kiwis. The salad can be made a day in advance, but add Cool Whip right before serving to maintain texture. To keep apples fresh, add lemon juice early.
