  • 1 cup grapes, washed and stemmed
  • 1 cup melon, cut into balls or cubes
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
Optional Garnishes and Dips
  • to taste fresh mint leaves for garnishing
  • as needed honey or yogurt for dipping

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly to ensure freshness. Remove any stems, peels, or pits as necessary.
  2. If using melon, slice it in half, scoop out the seeds, and then cut into balls or cube.
  3. Halve the strawberries, peel and slice the kiwi, and chop the pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Keep the grapes whole.
Assembly
  1. On a large platter or serving board, begin arranging the fruits. Place larger pieces like melon and pineapple first, filling in gaps with smaller pieces like grapes and strawberries.
  2. Sprinkle fresh mint leaves over the top for added color and flavor.
Serving
  1. Place small bowls of honey or yogurt on the side for dipping. Serve immediately.

Notes

For the best flavor and freshness, prepare your platter right before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
