  1. Start by shredding the cabbage and slicing the onion. Set these aside.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the sausage. Cook until it’s nicely browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the sausage and set it aside on a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, add the olive oil. Add the sliced onions and cook until they are soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet. Season it with salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything together and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
  4. Once the cabbage is cooked to your liking, return the sausage to the skillet. Stir to combine, letting everything cook together for another minute for the flavors to meld.
