Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef Make sure to use high-quality roast beef.
  • 8 slices provolone cheese Can be substituted with mozzarella or cheddar.
  • 12 pieces slider buns Regular bread will not hold up as well.
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Butter For brushing on top.
  • Onion powder To taste.
  • Garlic powder To taste.
  • Salt To taste.
  • Pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer the bottom half of the slider buns in a baking dish.
  3. Evenly distribute the thinly sliced roast beef across the buns.
  4. Lay the provolone cheese slices over the beef.
  5. Place the top half of the slider buns on top of the cheese.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and pour over the sliders.
  7. Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top to taste.
  8. Brush the top of the slider buns with melted butter.
Baking
  1. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the tops are golden and crispy.
  3. Let the sliders rest for a minute before slicing and serving with au jus for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or wrap and freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
