Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, layer the bottom half of the slider buns. Place the thinly sliced roast beef evenly across the buns.
- Lay the provolone cheese slices over the beef generously.
- Place the top half of the slider buns on top of the cheese.
- In a separate bowl, combine the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture over the sliders.
- Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top to taste.
- Brush the top of the slider buns with melted butter.
Baking
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the tops are golden and crispy.
Serving
- Let the sliders rest for a minute before slicing them apart.
- Serve with the au jus for dipping, and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For freezing, wrap tightly and place in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months. Reheat in a microwave or oven.
