Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 8 slices provolone cheese Can substitute with mozzarella or cheddar
  • 12 pieces slider buns
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Butter (for brushing) Melted
Seasoning
  • Onion powder to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, layer the bottom half of the slider buns. Place the thinly sliced roast beef evenly across the buns.
  3. Lay the provolone cheese slices over the beef generously.
  4. Place the top half of the slider buns on top of the cheese.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture over the sliders.
  6. Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top to taste.
  7. Brush the top of the slider buns with melted butter.
Baking
  1. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the tops are golden and crispy.
Serving
  1. Let the sliders rest for a minute before slicing them apart.
  2. Serve with the au jus for dipping, and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For freezing, wrap tightly and place in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months. Reheat in a microwave or oven.
