Ingredients
Method
Marinate the Chicken
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken cubes, dill pickle juice, and ranch seasoning mix.
- Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Prepare the Skewers
- While the chicken is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water for about ten minutes to prevent burning (if using metal skewers, skip this step).
Assemble the Skewers
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
Cook the Skewers
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
Serve
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few moments. Garnish with dill pickles if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
For maximum flavor, marinate the chicken for up to 2 hours. Ensure the grill is hot to prevent sticking and achieve a beautiful sear. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for up to a month.
