Ingredients
Method
Preparation
- Start by shredding your cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Mixing
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, frozen mixed vegetables, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
Crock Pot Cooking
- Lightly spray the inside of your Crock Pot with non-stick cooking spray. Pour in the chicken mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Unfold the refrigerated pie crust over the top of the filling. You can cut a few slits in the crust to allow steam to escape, but it’s not necessary.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
Serving
- Once done, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Dive in and savor every bite!
Notes
Cool completely before storing. Place leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven covered with foil at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
