Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water. Trim the ends and cut them in half.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with the honey-balsamic mixture until coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
- Once done, remove from the oven, and serve warm. Drizzle with any remaining glaze.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes to the honey-balsamic mixture or substituting honey with maple syrup for a vegan version. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes before serving.
