Ingredients
  

Meatball Mixture
  • 1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 each egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional for added sweetness)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, chopped onions, milk, egg, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper, mixing until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  2. In a separate saucepan, combine the cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar (if using) over medium heat until bubbly.
  3. Once the meatballs are ready, toss them in the sauce to coat uniformly.
