Preparation
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly and dry them completely with a paper towel.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Dipping
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, coating it generously.
- If using toppings, sprinkle them on the chocolate while it's still warm.
Setting
- Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow them to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.

Notes
