- Dice the chicken and slice the zucchini and bell pepper. Mince the garlic.

- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to coat everything evenly. Cook for another minute to combine flavors.
- Garnish with sesame seeds if desired, and serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
You can customize the vegetables based on what you have on hand. Avoid overcrowding the pan for a better stir-fry.
