Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a round or rectangular crust about 1/2 inch thick.
Baking
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and firm.
- Remove the crust, spread pizza sauce evenly over the top, and add your favorite toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a minute, slice, and serve.
