For the Chicken Crust
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Ensure the chicken is well-drained.
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For Toppings
  • Pizza sauce (halal-compliant)
  • Toppings of choice (vegetables, additional cheese, etc.) Get creative with your toppings!

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a round or rectangular crust about 1/2 inch thick.
Baking
  1. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and firm.
  2. Remove the crust, spread pizza sauce evenly over the top, and add your favorite toppings.
  3. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Let it cool for a minute, slice, and serve.

Notes

Watch the crust closely while baking to avoid overcooking. Make sure to not overload on toppings to maintain the crust's structure.
