  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation
  1. In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine.
  2. Use a whisk or fork to mix thoroughly for about a minute to ensure there are no clumps.
  3. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours, or overnight if you prefer.
  4. Once set, give it another good stir and serve it in bowls or jars.
  5. Top with your favorite fruits, nuts, or a drizzle of honey.

Notes

Leftover chia pudding can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For freezing, portion into freezer-safe containers, noting that texture may change slightly upon thawing.
