Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 medium head medium head of cauliflower (about 4 cups when processed)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a food processor. Pulse until it resembles rice, about 20-25 pulses.
  3. Transfer the riced cauliflower into a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
Mixing
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Shaping and Baking
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the cauliflower mixture onto the baking sheet, shaping it into a round pizza crust about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove the crust from the oven and add your desired toppings. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

Make sure to drain the cauliflower thoroughly for a crispier crust. You can experiment with different herbs and spices for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze unbaked crust for up to a month. Reheat in a 350°F oven for about 10 minutes.
