If you love **Caprese salad**, you’ll adore this **Easy Caprese Dip**! This warm, cheesy dip takes **fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil** and transforms them into a **bubbly, melty appetizer** that’s perfect for dipping crusty bread or crackers.

Ingredients
  

  • - 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • - 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • - 2 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • - 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • - 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze optional, for drizzling
  • - Toasted bread crackers, or pita chips (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • #### **Step 1: Preheat & Prep**
  • Preheat oven to **375°F (190°C)**.
  • Grease an **oven-safe baking dish** with a little olive oil or cooking spray.
  • #### **Step 2: Assemble the Dip**
  • In a bowl, mix **cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano** until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  • Top with **halved cherry tomatoes**, pressing them slightly into the cheese.
  • Drizzle with **olive oil** for extra richness.
  • #### **Step 3: Bake**
  • Bake for **15-18 minutes**, until the cheese is **melted and bubbly**.
  • (Optional) Broil for **2-3 minutes** for a golden, slightly crisp top.
