Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cans of condensed milk
  • 1 can of cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 cup chocolate powder
  • Butter for greasing
  • Chocolate sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  • Prepare Your Blender: Start by blending the condensed milk, cream, eggs, butter, cornstarch, and chocolate powder together until smooth.
  • Grease the Pan: Grease a 24cm diameter pan (with a hole in the middle) with butter to ensure easy unmolding later.
  • Pour the Mixture: Pour the blended mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Bain-Marie Method: Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place it in a preheated medium oven (about 350°F or 175°C) in a bain-marie for approximately 50 minutes. This method keeps the cake moist and delicious.
  • Check for Doneness: Wait for a toothpick inserted in the center to come out clean.
  • Cool and Refrigerate: Let the cake cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Unmold and Decorate: Once chilled, carefully unmold the cake, decorate it with chocolate sprinkles, slice, and serve!
