Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 1 lb beef steak, sliced thin Use Halal-friendly beef.
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced Choose your favorite colors.
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
Sauce and seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking.
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by washing and slicing your vegetables. Prepare the beef by slicing it as thinly as possible against the grain to ensure tenderness.
  2. Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat. Drizzle the olive oil onto the surface to create a non-stick layer.
Cooking
  1. Add the sliced beef to the griddle. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Sauté until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Once the beef is nearly done, add the onions, bell peppers, and broccoli. Stir-fry them together for an additional 5 minutes until they’re vibrant and slightly tender.
  3. Toss in the minced garlic and soy sauce. Stir everything together for another 1-2 minutes to meld the flavors.
Serving
  1. Remove the stir-fry from the griddle and serve it immediately over rice or noodles, if desired.

Notes

For variations, consider using Halal chicken or shrimp. Different vegetables like snap peas, carrots, or zucchini can also be added. Avoid overcrowding the griddle and keep everything crisp. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
