Ingredients
  

  • For the Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
  • For the Pasta
  • 12 oz linguine or spaghetti
  • Salt for boiling water
  • For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • For Garnish
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Cook the Pasta
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine or spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Step 2: Prepare the Shrimp
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  • Step 3: Make the Bang Bang Sauce
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and lime juice until smooth. Taste and adjust the spice level by adding more Sriracha if desired.
  • Step 4: Combine Pasta, Shrimp, and Sauce
  • In the same skillet (or a large mixing bowl), toss the cooked pasta with the Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated. Add the crispy shrimp and gently toss to combine.
  • Step 5: Serve & Enjoy
  • Divide the pasta and shrimp among serving plates. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy immediately!
