Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl or blender, combine the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth or whisk until well combined.
- Pour about 2 tablespoons of melted butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish and tilt to coat evenly.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish, allowing the butter to float on the edges.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown, avoiding opening the oven door during the first 15 minutes.
Serving
- Let it sit for a few minutes after removing from the oven, then slice and serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for a fluffier pancake. Avoid overmixing the batter, and do not open the oven door while baking.
