  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice For a zesty kick.

Preparation
  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into your blender.
  2. If you’re using garlic, peel and add it to the blender.
Blending
  1. Pour in the fresh lime juice and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss in fresh herbs if desired.
  2. Secure the lid on your blender and pulse until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Final Touches
  1. Taste the avocado cream and adjust seasonings with more salt, pepper, or lime juice if necessary.
  2. Transfer the creamy mixture to a bowl, garnish with additional herbs, and enjoy immediately!

Notes

For storage, press a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the cream before sealing in an airtight container. Best enjoyed within 1-2 days.
