  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or your preferred cut) Choose a tender cut for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Fresh herbs (optional for garnish) Use your favorite fresh herbs.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes (about 1-inch pieces) for even cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the steak cubes in the mixture until well-coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  3. Once they’re golden brown and cooked to your desired doneness, remove the bites from the air fryer. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to two months. To reheat, place in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes until warmed through.
