Ingredients
  

Salmon Preparation
  • 2 fillets salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Optional Garnishes
  • 1 lemon lemon wedges for serving
  • to taste fresh herbs (like parsley or dill) for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by patting the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the salmon fillets.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the seasoned salmon fillets into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Serving
  1. Carefully take the salmon out and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve it with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.

Notes

Ensure even cooking by using salmon fillets of even thickness. Optionally, add lemon juice or zesty seasoning for more flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
