- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour. Stir until a dough forms. It may be slightly sticky, but that’s okay!
- Lightly flour your working surface and turn the dough out. Knead it gently for about 1-2 minutes until it’s smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a log, then bring the ends together to shape it into a bagel.
- Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush it over the bagels.
- Place your bagels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until they are beautifully golden.
- Let them cool slightly before digging in!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe container. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
