  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ cup Easter-themed sprinkles For topping
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Start by greasing a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray or lining it with parchment paper for easy removal later.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, peanut butter, and chocolate chips over medium heat. Stir continuously until everything is melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the mini marshmallows until they’re all coated and starting to melt.
  4. Gently fold in the crispy rice cereal until it is well-combined and everything’s coated in the chocolaty mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, and with a spatula, press it down evenly. Sprinkle the Easter-themed sprinkles on top.
  6. Allow the bars to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or until they are fully set.
  7. Once set, cut into bars, and enjoy a delicious Easter treat with your loved ones!

Notes

Feel free to switch up the sprinkles or add different toppings like crushed nuts or M&Ms. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 5-7 days or freeze for up to a month.
