Making Cake Balls
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl using your hands, making sure there are no large chunks.

- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls or egg shapes, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the cake balls for about 30 minutes until they firm up.
Coating and Finishing
- Melt the chocolate coating in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
- Dip each chilled cake ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip off.
- Place the coated cake balls back on the parchment paper.
- Sprinkle colorful decorations on top while the chocolate is still wet.
- Allow the chocolate to fully set before enjoying.
Notes
Store the cake balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. They can also be frozen for longer storage. Let them sit at room temperature before enjoying again.
