- Begin by peeling the dragonfruit and chopping it into small pieces. Place the pieces into a blender.
- Add the cold water to the blender with the dragonfruit and blend until you get a smooth mixture.
- If you prefer a smoother drink, strain the blended mixture using a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp. This step is optional.
- In a large pitcher, combine the freshly-squeezed lemon juice and sugar (or honey). Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Slowly pour the dragonfruit blend into the pitcher with the lemonade mix. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness as needed. If it’s too tart, add more sugar or honey.
- Pour the Dragonfruit Lemonade over ice, garnish with fresh mint, and enjoy.
Notes
Chill before serving for the best experience. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
