- Begin by peeling the bananas and cutting them in half. You can also create quarters if you prefer smaller bites.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- After melting, blend in the peanut butter until well incorporated to create a creamy coating.
- Take each banana piece and dip it into the chocolate-peanut butter mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Roll the coated bananas in colorful sprinkles or your chosen toppings.
- Place your finished bananas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Once set, your Dolphin Bananas are ready to be enjoyed! Serve them cold.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze individually on a baking sheet before transferring to a freezer-safe bag.
