Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces ripe bananas Ensure your bananas are ripe for maximum sweetness.
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips You can use different types of chocolate for varied flavor.
  • ½ cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter Feel free to substitute with almond or sunflower seed butter if needed.
  • ½ cup colorful sprinkles Or toppings of your choice such as crushed nuts or dried fruit.

Method

Preparation
  1. Begin by peeling the bananas and cutting them in half. You can also create quarters if you prefer smaller bites.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  3. After melting, blend in the peanut butter until well incorporated to create a creamy coating.
  4. Take each banana piece and dip it into the chocolate-peanut butter mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  5. Roll the coated bananas in colorful sprinkles or your chosen toppings.
  6. Place your finished bananas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  7. Once set, your Dolphin Bananas are ready to be enjoyed! Serve them cold.

Notes
