  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 packet stuffing mix (ensure Halal-friendly)
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth Can be substituted with vegetable broth.
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional but recommended)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, chicken broth, and mixed vegetables (if using). Stir well until you have a uniform mixture.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste, ensuring the chicken is well-seasoned.
  4. Carefully fold in the stuffing mix.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch (or equivalent) baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Cooking
  1. Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
  2. Once baked, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Ingredient substitutions include swapping chicken for turkey or using vegetable broth instead of chicken broth. This casserole can be prepared in advance and stored in the fridge overnight. To reheat, use oven or microwave, but the oven is preferred to maintain texture.
