- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the rice to the skillet, mixing everything well. Pour in the beef broth, bringing it to a simmer.
- Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Let it cook for about 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and has absorbed the broth.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
