  • - 12 oz 340g rotini or elbow pasta
  • - 1 1/2 cups 225g diced dill pickles
  • - 1/2 cup 75g diced red onion
  • - 1/2 cup 75g diced celery
  • - 1/4 cup 15g chopped fresh dill
  • #### For the Dressing:
  • - 1 cup 240ml mayonnaise
  • - 1/4 cup 60ml sour cream
  • - 1/4 cup 60ml pickle juice
  • - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • - Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • **Cook the Pasta:** Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • **Prepare the Dressing:** In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • **Assemble the Salad:** In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced pickles, red onion, celery, and fresh dill.
  • **Add the Dressing:** Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  • **Chill:** Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  • **Serve:** Stir before serving and garnish with additional fresh dill, if desired.
