Preparation
- Place the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Add the sour cream to the mixing bowl with the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped dill pickles with a spatula.
- Pour in the pickle juice and mix again until combined.
- Sprinkle in the fresh dill and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
Chill
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with chips or veggie sticks.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days. This dip is best served cold, and there's no need to reheat.
