Preparation
  1. Begin by gently washing your strawberries under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean cloth.
  2. Carefully cut the tops off and hollow out a portion of the inside using a small spoon or a melon baller, creating space for the filling.
Making the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the mixture until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
Filling the Strawberries
  1. Using a piping bag or a small spoon, fill each hollowed strawberry with the cream cheese mixture. Let it overflow slightly for an eye-catching presentation.
