Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add brown sugar and cinnamon, stirring until it becomes a bubbly syrup. Toss in the banana slices and cook them for about 3-4 minutes until they’re caramelized.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Gradually stir in the milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish. Spoon the caramelized bananas over the batter, allowing the syrup to drizzle down.
Baking
  1. Place your cobbler in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Let it cool slightly before serving.

  1. Serve warm, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the ultimate treat.
