  • 1/2 cup almond butter or any nut butter of your choice Peanut butter or cashew butter can be used as substitutes.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust quantity based on sweetness preference.
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries or freeze-dried strawberries Fresh strawberries will provide a burst of flavor.
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese or Greek yogurt Can use Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder until well blended.
  2. Stir in the almond butter, honey, cream cheese (or Greek yogurt), and vanilla extract until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Using your hands, scoop out tablespoon-sized amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  5. If desired, roll each ball in crushed graham crackers for added texture and flavor.
  6. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Once chilled, enjoy these delicious bites! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
