Cool and Fill the Cake: Once done, turn the cake out onto a clean surface. Fill it with the coconut filling (prepared next) and gently roll it up using the parchment paper.
Make the Coconut Filling: In a pot, combine the condensed milk with grated coconut. Cook on medium heat until thickened, optionally adding margarine for richness.
Prepare the Ganache: Chop the milk chocolate into small pieces and melt it in the microwave. Once melted, mix in the cream until you achieve a silky texture.
Prepare the Coconut Syrup: In another saucepan, combine the grated coconut with sugar and simmer until it becomes a thin syrup.
