  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • Parmesan cheese (for serving)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water in case you need it.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but take care not to let it brown.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until browned, around 3-4 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and mix well, ensuring all ingredients are combined. If needed, add a splash of reserved pasta water to help the sauce coat the pasta better.

Notes
