Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a clean, lightly floured surface to a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Layer on the sliced beef pepperoni.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the cheese and pepperoni.
- Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough into a tight log.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the rolled dough into about 1-inch thick slices.
- Place each slice on a lined baking sheet and brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.

Substitutions like chicken pepperoni or a mix of peppers and cheese can be used for variations. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for best results.
