Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Gently add the egg to the mixture and continue whisking until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a small baking dish or individual ramekins.
Baking
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, until lightly golden on top.
- Let the yogurt cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least an hour.
Notes
For best results, use full-fat yogurt. Can substitute sugar with natural sweeteners and egg with a flaxseed slurry for an egg-free version. Store for 3-5 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to a month.
