  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Gently add the egg to the mixture and continue whisking until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a small baking dish or individual ramekins.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, until lightly golden on top.
  2. Let the yogurt cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least an hour.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat yogurt. Can substitute sugar with natural sweeteners and egg with a flaxseed slurry for an egg-free version. Store for 3-5 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to a month.
