Preparation
- Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on your brownie mix package.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions and spread half of it into the bottom of your greased baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.
- Layer the Oreos evenly on top of the brownie batter.
- Use your hands to spread the cookie dough over the Oreos—don’t worry about it being perfect! Just aim for an even layer.
- Pour the remaining brownie mix over the cookie dough, spreading it out to cover everything.
Baking
- Bake according to brownie mix instructions, adjusting time as necessary to ensure the top layer is fully set. Usually about 30-35 minutes will do.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. Refrigerate for a week or freeze for up to three months.
