Ingredients

For the Crust
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 1 stick
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
For the Layers
  • 1 can (14-ounce) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until well mixed. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a firm crust.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust, spreading it out to cover all the crumbs.
  4. Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans evenly over the condensed milk layer. Press the toppings lightly into the layer with a spatula or your hands.
Baking
  1. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and the center has set.
  2. Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting them into squares.

Notes

Serve these bars with vanilla ice cream or a warm cup of coffee for a delightful treat. You can also customize by using different toppings such as white chocolate chips or peanut butter chips.
