Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until well mixed. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a firm crust.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust, spreading it out to cover all the crumbs.
- Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans evenly over the condensed milk layer. Press the toppings lightly into the layer with a spatula or your hands.
Baking
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and the center has set.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting them into squares.
Notes
Serve these bars with vanilla ice cream or a warm cup of coffee for a delightful treat. You can also customize by using different toppings such as white chocolate chips or peanut butter chips.
