  • 15 pieces Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper and lightly greasing it.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, whisking well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined to avoid overmixing.
  6. Carefully fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
